 Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

 

When will my order be shipped?
While we aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days, please note that some orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Handling typically takes 1-3 business days, excluding U.S. holidays. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Occasionally, we may split your order into multiple shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Please understand that unforeseen events like holidays or weather may cause shipping delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How do I track my order?
We are dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service. Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking number to track the order.

Where are my items shipping from?
To save you money we ship our products directly from the manufacturer. These locations may include (but are not limited to) the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages
If you discover your package has not arrived within the estimated time of delivery, we will be happy to assist you and open an investigation with the shipping carrier. The investigation process can take up to 2 weeks.

If following investigation the shipping carrier confirms delivery was made to to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund for the package. Please make sure we are sending packages to a secure address.

International Shipping
SwagglyLife currently only offers shipping within the contiguous U.S.A.

SwagglyLife is not responsible for any custom taxes or dues that may be associated with your order. These will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Help! I have entered the incorrect shipping address.
We are attempting to process orders as quickly as possible, if you notice you have entered the mailing address incorrectly please write to us immediately to help@swagglylife.com, indicate on the subject line “Incorrect shipping address” and provide us with the correct shipping address. Although we make every possible effort to correct the error, please note SwagglyLife is unable to make address changes once orders have been processed and shipped. SwagglyLife will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

I wish to cancel my order!
Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, orders may not be cancelled. However, upon its arrival, if you still wish to return your order, please contact us to initiate the return process.

COUPON CODES: 
If you have a promo code you would like to use, please enter it before checking out. Once an order is placed, we cannot apply a promo code, cancel the order, or offer a refund.
